Family eating at Mimi's CafeMarch is Brain Injury Awareness Month and the CORE Health Foundation has a tasty way for you to show your support.

On Thursday, March 1, the Mimi’s Café in Bee Cave, Texas, is donating a portion of the night’s sales to the Foundation and our project to build an ADA wheelchair accessible fishing pier on Lady Bird Lake in Austin.

All you have to do is print this flier and then give it to your server when you dine at Mimi’s Café between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. on March 1. Mimi’s will donate 15 percent of the cost of your meal to the Foundation.

Mimi’s has something for everyone – from gourmet French dishes such as chicken brie dijon to zesty bacon cheese burgers and crisp Mediterranean salads. And don’t forget to leave room for a bite of something sweet at the end. Mimi’s bread pudding holds a special place in the dessert hall of fame.

Kick off the weekend a day early by meeting your family and friends at Mimi’s for a dinner that will make you feel good inside and out.

We hope to see you there!
